Thank you to all our frontliners who actively responded to the emerging situation and willingly rendered their public service!

From the five (5) returning OFWs of Maasin City, two (2) are residents from Brgy. Ibarra, one (1) from Brgy. Combado, one (1) from Brgy. Isagani, and one (1) from Brgy. Hantag.

All the said returning OFWs reportedly completed the required documents as well as all the health protocols and procedures including the required mandatory RT-PCR Testing within the month of May that have yielded NEGATIVE results, as well as, 14-day quarantine prior to their transport in Maasin City.

The following returning OFWs are placed in the respective quarantine facility of the LGU, and will be closely monitored by our local health personnels.

As per advised by the City Health Officer, the conduct of another swab test (RT-PCR) is not necessary since they were already tested within the month of May. However, if they will develop any symptoms within the 14-day quarantine, they will be subjected to another swab test.

Again, we ask the public to include them in our prayers for negative test results.
